The label states the exact milligram of every active. If we will not print the number, the ingredient does not go in.
2. Every form named.
Bisglycinate, methylcobalamin, ubiquinol - the actual compound, not the marketing name. Cheap forms are not swapped in quietly.
3. Every batch tested and published.
An accredited third-party laboratory tests identity, potency, heavy metals and microbiology before dispatch. The certificate is published, permanently, per batch.
4. Every claim referenced.
Health claims trace to a specific published human trial. If the evidence weakens, the claim comes down - and the changelog says so.
5. Every change explained.
Formula changes are documented: what changed, why, and the evidence behind the decision. No silent reformulations, ever.
6. Mistakes owned within 24 hours.
Find an error - a stale citation, a wrong figure - and email hello@kojo.life. We fix it within one working day and note the correction.
