Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your KōJō Daily Formula. If something is not right, we will make it right — no fuss, no fine print.
30-Day Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund, provided it meets these conditions:
- Item is unused and in its original sealed condition
- All original packaging is included
- You have your order confirmation email or order number
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened supplement products unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
How to Return
- Email hello@kojo.life with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Post it back using a tracked delivery service (we recommend Royal Mail Tracked)
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 working days
Refund Timeline
- Inspection: 1 to 2 working days after we receive your return
- Refund processed: Within 3 working days of inspection
- Back in your account: 5 to 10 working days (depends on your bank or card provider)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Return Shipping Costs
- Changed your mind (sealed, unused): Return shipping is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Faulty or incorrectly sent item: We will cover return shipping. Contact us and we will arrange it.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Received something damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered? We are sorry — and we will sort it immediately:
- Email hello@kojo.life within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos and your order number
- We will offer a replacement or full refund including return shipping — your choice
Subscription Orders
For subscription cancellations or changes, log in to your account or email hello@kojo.life. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date. Already dispatched orders cannot be cancelled or refunded under the change-of-mind policy.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened supplement products (unless faulty)
- Items showing signs of use or tampering
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
Your Consumer Rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a UK consumer.
