Shipping & Delivery
Free UK delivery on every order. Your KōJō Daily Formula, dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
UK Delivery

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2pm are processed the same working day
- Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are processed the next working day
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details when your order ships
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Delivery Details
- We deliver to all UK mainland addresses
- Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man may take an additional 1 to 2 working days
- If nobody is home, the carrier will leave a card with redelivery or collection options
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot redirect parcels once dispatched
Subscription Deliveries
Active subscriptions are dispatched automatically on your chosen renewal cycle. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each dispatch. To update your delivery address or pause your subscription, log in to your account or email hello@kojo.life.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the UK only. International shipping is coming — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage including packaging
- Email hello@kojo.life within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no quibbles
Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, contact us at hello@kojo.life and we will investigate immediately.
